President Karen Fann loses bid to keep the records of the recount secret. Superior Court Judge Michael W. Kemp denied the motion to dismiss the lawsuit to produce the records in an opinion that is not technically a final ruling it more or less decides that the records are public. The case remains pending but will likely be disposed of with summary judgment. Even if appeals follow I doubt it will change the outcome.
