Prince Andrew Sued in New York Federal Court by Virginia Giuffre for Sexual Assault – Read the Full Text PDF Complaint
In a complaint filed by Virginia Giuffre in U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York against Prince Andrew, Giuffre alleges “Prince Andrew committed sexual assault and battery upon Plaintiff when she was 17 years old. As such, Prince Andrew is responsible for battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress pursuant to New York common law. The damage to Plaintiff has been severe and lasting.” Paragraph 10. This is yet another setback for an embattled royal family which seems to go from scandal to scandal. It is difficult for the Royal Family when Prince Andrew has been tied to Ghislane Maxwell and the late Jeffrey Epstein who himself procured underage women for other powerful men.
