On Monday, Lin Wood filed a supplemental brief focusing on that he did not actually make an appearance in the case as other attorneys signed pleadings. His name was merely listed on the pleadings as a member of the legal team. Sidney Powell and other actually signed the pleadings. Wood contends that because he did not actually practice before the court then he cannot be sanctioned. He also demanded an evidentiary hearing before any sanctions are imposed.
